At Qualibrain Services, we strive to provide high-quality training programs. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring participants to cancel their enrollment. Below is our cancellation and refund policy:
50% Refund: If a participant cancels their registration up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled program date and time, they will be eligible for a 50% refund of the program fee.
25% Refund: If a participant cancels their registration less than 48 hours before the scheduled program date and time, they will be eligible for a 25% refund of the program fee.
No Refund: No refund will be provided if the participant cancels after the program has commenced or fails to attend the program.
100% Refund: If the training program is canceled by Qualibrain Services, participants will receive a full refund (100%) of the program fee.
To request a cancellation and refund, participants must send an official email to info@qualibrainservices.com with their registration details and reason for cancellation.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
Qualibrain Services reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
